Keith Hancock, President

Keith Hancock Keith is the husband of Jo Hancock and the co-founder of His Vessel Ministries where he serves as the vice-president on the board. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy State University.  He is employed with the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Company of Montgomery managing the Foreign Trade Zone. Keith became a Christian at the age of nine and is a member of First Baptist Church Montgomery. He has embraced the role as the spiritual head of his household being faithful to lead his family to know and serve God. He is involved in the overseeing and directing of all the missions of His Vessel Ministries and leads a discipleship training for men.  Keith says with full knowledge and assurance this ministry has been consecrated for God and it seeks only to do what the Holy Spirit inspires. 

Christie Wilson

Christie serves as the secretary on the board for His Vessel Ministries.  Christie makes her home in Chelsea, Alabama.  She has two sons, two daughter-in-laws, and five wonderful grandchildren.  They are local business owners in the Birmingham area – Servpro of Birmingham – as well as regional business owners – Servpro of Alabama and Mississippi and Servpro of Kentucky.  Christie graduated from Auburn University in the School of Education and then went to UAB to obtain her Master’s Degree in Education.  She then taught in public and private schools for 12 years before retiring to stay home with her two sons.Christie became a Christian at the age of 8.  Christie and her husband, David, now deceased, felt the call of God to start a church in Westover, Alabama, and use their Servpro Regional Training Center to house that church where Christie is very involved in the music ministry.

Greg Hendon

Greg HendonGreg, and his wife Angelia, have three married children and five grandchildren.Greg and Angelia are Co-owners of Servpro of Cullman, Hamilton and Walker counties in Alabama.  Greg has a BS degree from the University of Alabama in Mineral Engineering.  He worked for Jim Walter Resources for 18 years.  He is a member of West Point First Baptist Church in Cullman, Alabama.  Greg is a deacon, Sunday school teacher, and discipleship leader in his church.                                                             

Angelia Hendon

Angelia Hendon

Angelia serves as the Prayer Leader on the board for His Vessel Ministries. She is married to Greg Hendon and they have 3 married children and 5 grandchildren. Angelia has an associate’s degree in nursing Angelia is the Co-owner of Servpro of Cullman, Hamilton and Walker counties in Alabama for 15 years. Angelia came to know Christ as her Savior at 18 years old. She is a member of West Point First Baptist Church in Cullman, Al since 2000, and taught children and adults for several years. Angelia completed the God of Order discipleship by Jo Hancock in 2010 and Women’s Discipleship in 2011. Angelia says, “These discipleships have changed my life and course of our family for generations to come.

Phyllis Ingram

Phyllis Ingram

Phyllis has served on the board of directors as treasurer since His Vessel Ministries inception.  She is married to Merrill Ingram and they have two children, Claire and Dylan, son-in-law Truett Terry, and one granddaughter, Scarlet Dylan.  Phyllis has her Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Auburn University Montgomery.  She is a founding partner of CPA firm, Carr, Riggs, & Ingram, LLC where she serves on the executive committee and compensation committee.  She is also the Financial Services industry line leader for the firm.  She is a member of First Baptist Church Montgomery and serves on the prayer Ministry Committee and on the board of directors for the First Baptist Church Foundation.  She also serves on the Alabama WMU board of trustees, Trustmark Bank board of directors, Girl Talk board of directors and treasurer, and chair of the audit committee for the Alabama Society of CPA’s.  Phyllis completed the Women’s Discipleship by Jo Hancock in 2009.  Phyllis says, “This discipleship changed my life, because I learned how to have an intimate relationship with God by having a repentant heart and abiding in His presence.”

Dr. Judi Jehle, M.D.

My Educational background includes a BS from Auburn University with a   Master in Chemistry/Pre-Med.  I received my MD from University of         Alabama, Birmingham in 1976.  Internship and Residency was spent at Carraway Methodist Hospital/UAB Hospital from 1976-1981.     

I moved to Montgomery and became a partner in Montgomery OB-GYN Association.  In 1985 Dr. Joe McClinton and myself started Jehle and McClinton M.D., PC currently known as Montgomery Women’s Health Associates, where I practice today, with five other physicians as a Senior Partner. 

 I am currently the Medical Director for Sav-A-Life in Montgomery.  I have sat on several Boards including Mission Board at First Baptist Church of Montgomery, AID to Inmate Mothers, First Tee of Montgomery and 100x Mission Board.  I have participated in short term missions to Guatemala, Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and Africa.

 Recent awards include, Physician of the Year for Montgomery County, The Martha Meyer Leadership Award presented UAB School of Medicine and the Pamela Sheffield Award, presented by Auburn University for Service Leadership and contributions to academics.  I humbly mention these three awards because they were given and received for God’s Glory.  God has graciously placed me in a position where I can serve Him and bring Him glory that He deserves.

 Judi says, “His Vessel Ministries has been the greatest blessing in my Christian life other than my salvation experience at the age of 28.  I have spent 36 years since then gaining head knowledge about the God I serve.  Through discipleship classes at His Vessel Ministries, I learned to go deeper in my relationship with Father God.  I learned to seek Him with everything within me and to know Him intimately.  It has been an awesome journey for me.  It has truly put me in a place with Father God that I had never been and that I never want to leave.” She adds, “Serving on the Board of His Vessel Ministries is a privilege for me.  I have seen the fruit of this ministry.  I have seen lives changed.  I have witnessed the power of prayer.  I have seen a city protected because Watchmen are continuously praying for our city and its leaders.  I am passionate about the matters of God that this ministry stands for.”
